g. DESCRIPTION: Per reproting party: The material was being transfered after being loaded in the back of a truck when they notice it had falled off on to the the highway. When they pulled over they only found the bags the powder was in , but the power had already dissipated. The business is located in Rio linda but it is unknown where it was discovered that it had falled off the truck. No waterways were impacted.

Per NRC report: The caller is release of rally fungicide onto the road from twelve 20 ounce bags on the back of a flatbed commercial truck. The caller states that as they were driving down the road the powder fungicide and bag flew off the back and onto the road way. After the SRP discovered the missing material, they went back to the scene to discovered it was all missing and stretched over a 200ft section
