g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting Party states an unidentified vehicle had a diesel leak, and stopped on the shoulder of the road near a storm drain. The vehicle left the scene, without containing the spill. A majority of the spill went into the storm drain. It is not known at this time where the storm drain leads too. Folsom Public works is on scene providing clean-up. Fire Department and HazMat 109 are both on scene as well.
