g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: A neighbor is releasing sewage from black tank on an RV and flush it out with water. The smell is horrible and doesn't go away. The releases runs out to the callers driveway, the pasture and into the storm drain leading to the Putah Creek. The reporting party's dog was sick, vomiting and having diarrhea from walking in it after going outside, since its right by her entrance gate. This happened on Monday 10/21/24 at about 0600 hours then and again in the evening around 1900 hours. About 1000 gallons of sewage was released that day. The issue has happened again today 10/24/24 around 0600 hours. Per reporting party several state agencies have been notified but nothing has been done.
