g. DESCRIPTION: Caller reports that due to human error, a third-party caused damage to a 3/4 inch steel service line, resulting in the release of natural gas. The release has not been stopped and is not contained, with no waterways impacted. One nearby resident has been evacuated as a precaution. The estimated control time is currently unknown, but response crews are on scene working to replace the damaged line.
