DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A semi truck ran over an unknown object or debris that caused a rupture in one of the saddle fuel tanks causing the release of material onto the roadway and then onto the right hand shoulder. No waterways were affected. The release has stopped. The tow truck company that responded to the scene utilized kitty litter to contain and remove the material. There were no roadway closures or injuries. Kern County Environmental Health also responded to the scene.
