DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, A fire in a trash truck caused the release of approximately several thousand gallons of fire suppression water, which affected the asphalt and flowed into a nearby storm drain. This drain eventually leads to Brizzolara Creek, which is dry during currently. The local fire department managed the cleanup.
