g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a vehicle struck a pole, causing the pole-mounted transformer to fall and hit the ground releasing approximately 6-8 gallons of mineral oil non PCB. The release was mostly contained to the dirt, but some of the material entered a nearby storm drain. Contractors will oversee the cleanup process.
