DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a ruptured hydraulic line on a tractor trailer freight truck released the listed amount of hydraulic oil onto the pavement and dirt shoulder along Interstate 80 between the Soda Springs Exit and the Donner Lake Exit. No waterways were impacted. Caltrans and a private contractor will be cleaning up the spill.
