g. DESCRIPTION: ***Historical Report*** On 02/04/2024 a discharge of sewage from a manhole occurred near the listed location due to inclement weather. The overflow entered a nearby open field and into the Rio Honda River. The incident was not discovered by district personnel until 02/12/2024. On this date, crews conducted an inspection of the sewer main and completed a cleanup. The release to the river was unrecoverable. ***Historical Report***
