g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party (RP): A sewage release has been ongoing for 3 years. A neighbor releases sewage from two RVs onto their driveway. The sewage then flows into a storm drain. RP believes the storm drain leads into the nearby Putah Creek, which RP also believes is a drinking water source. The County and Regional Waterboards had been notified and responded in the past, causing the activity to stop briefly, but it has restarted this morning. RP states there is a very strong odor.
