g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a release of the listed chemical mixture was emptied into the deionized water drain inside the laboratory. There was a mixture of 50 % of each of the chemicals in the liquid adding up to a total of 15 milliliters. The liquid was erroneously emptied into the drain when it should have been emptied into a Hazmat waste container. The laboratory personnel closed the sink and collected the liquid in the P-trap.
