The mineral oil impacted the soil area surrounding the base of the utility pole; utility pole located in residential area. The release has been stopped. A contractor, Clean Harbor, is on scene conducting clean up. No storm drains or waterways were affected. PG&E has a crew in route to repair the transformer. A sample of the release will be collected to test for PCB content. | ||
