g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A pole mounted transformer released mineral oil (unknown PCB content) due to an unknown mechanical problem. The mineral oil impacted the soil area surrounding the base of the utility pole; utility pole located in residential area. The release has been stopped. A contractor, Clean Harbor, is on scene conducting clean up. No storm drains or waterways were affected. PG&E has a crew in route to repair the transformer. A sample of the release will be collected to test for PCB content.
