g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a release of natural gas occurred at a residence when a 1/2 inch service line was struck by a shovel. The release began at 1045, and it was controlled at 1122. There was no vapor visible. There was no fire or explosion. Southwest Gas personnel controlled the gas and repaired the line.
