g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, While driving home, it was noticed there was Sulfur spread out onto the road and the median It looks lime green pastel color, and no odor was observed. This is in front of the driveway at the Phillip 66 Refinery, but unknown if it came from them. RP is concerned this is too close to the Dominguez Channel that is nearby. No waterways or storm drains have been impacted. |
