g. DESCRIPTION: Caller states there was an engine fire on a tank truck that carries water. The truck was parked in dirt lot. Both of the saddle bag fuel tanks on truck ruptured and spilled approximately 50 gallons of diesel fuel onto the dirt. Fire department responded and extinguished the fire. The diesel is contained to approximately 100 square foot area, some soaked into soil, remainder burned off. No waterways impacted. A contractor is providing clean up. Caller said he will be contacting Merced Environmental Health.
