Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: An overhead pole mounted transformer failed due to a mechanical failure causing a release of transformer oil to spill into a plastic tank and onto the surrounding soil and leaves. At the time of report, cleanup has almost concluded and a sample of the oil has been collected to be analyzed for PCB.
