g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A vehicle from a unknown 3rd party struck a pad mounted transformer causing the release. The release has been stopped. The material impacted the surface of the concrete pad, the soil around the pad and an electrical conduit that comes out of the pad connecting the transformer; no waterway were affected. There were no injuries involved in the incident. A contracted has responded to conduct clean up of the affected area.
