Orignal Description:The reporting party states a vehicle hit an overhead power pole and a fire hydrant. Due to the collision there was a release of 20 gallons of FR3 dielectric fluid that mixed with water impacting a storm drain. The release is stopped, and the reporting party states most of the substance is unrecoverable. Local fire department, police department, and emergency medical services were all on the scene. It was unknown at the time of the report if there were any injuries or fatalities. A contractor is on site for the clean up.
