g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : Root intrusion in a lateral service line caused a blockage resulting in the material releasing out a manhole. Approximately 10 gallons of the material flowed into a nearby storm drain. The storm drain leads to a concrete basin wash area. The release has been stopped. Absorbent was utilized to clean up the released material from the asphalt. A pumper truck removed the material from the storm drain.
