g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, while on a fly fishing trip, the reporting party observed an unknown oil sheen that was approximately 3/4 of a mile long by 30 feet wide on Cherry Creek. The sheen affected the entire width of the creek. There were no dead fish or wildlife observed, but the reporting party observed fish behaving like they were distressed. Only the water was impacted by the oil. The cause of the sheen is unknown. Witnesses observed Hetch Hetchy Water and Power personnel stretching an absorbent sock or boom across the creek. Coordinates: Lat. 37.894167, Lon. -119.971111 is the location where the fishermen parked their vehicle about 50 feet from the area where they were fishing. The reporting party has photographs and video of the scene.
