Per the Reporting Party : A flow deviation alarm has been received for an 8 inch above ground gasoline pipeline indicating a imbalance in flow between 2 sections of the pipeline; one flow meter located at 1570 S River Rd West Sacramento and a second flow meter located approximately 1/4 mile south of that location. The reporting party is sending crews to the site to check for possible release or any other issues. If there is a release it would be near the 1570 S River Road location. The Reporting Party will call back with an update when crews are on scene to access.
