DESCRIPTION: A solo semi truck accident is causing the release, material is slowly flowing from a 47,000 gallon container onto asphalt and soil, FD has stopped the material from spreading but has not stopped the leak, the flow rate and an estimate on control time are unknown, Calaveras reservoir is in the vicinity but has not been impacted, unknown who is performing clean up.
