g. DESCRIPTION: On September 28th, 2022 at 1527 hours, the RP is reporting that Bakersfield Renewable fuels digging to make a tie in, Line was in bad shape for the tie in, attempt was made to find good line to tie in too, but a good line could not be found. Therefore due to cost concerns, dirt was poured on top of the line without testing the integrity of the remaining line resulting in the release of the listed substance to be released into the soil in the surrounding area. Oil was vacuumed up after the release had sat there for 2-3 days. Release went into a 3' x 7' trench. Rp has pictures of the event and an email to the company regarding the event that she says was ignored.

On October 25th, 2022 at 0948 hours, the RP is reporting there was a back flow of oil from a tank into a line and the piping was extremely corroded resulting in a release of an additional 2-3 Bbls into the soil around the area.
