Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: E and B Natural Resources received a call from Cal GEM personnel whom were reporting that they discovered a packing leak of crude oil and produced water leaking from the Midway Premier 14-2 oil well at the incident location. It is unknown how much of the material has been released and no sheen dimensions were known. The well has since been turned off by the on scene and responding personnel and cleanup is underway by E and B Natural Resource personnel. They will collect the material utilizing a vac truck which is enroute at the time of report.
