Orignal Description:Per Reporting Party: Due to unknown causes there was a damaged to a pole mounted transformer which leaked transformer oil. The oil impacted nearby soil and dead grass, it is stopped and contained. Clean up is in progress by contractors. No waterways or storm drains were impacted.
