g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, A contractor accidentally damaged a 1/2-inch plastic pipe in a residential area, causing an uncontrolled release of natural gas. The gas flow was shut off at 0902, but the release had started at 0828, with an undetermined quantity of gas escaping.
