Orignal Description:Per reporting party: A railroad police officer discovered a vehicle crashed on to the train tracks. The vehicle released engine oil out to the tracks. The driver of the vehicle was not on scene. No waterways have been impacted.

Per NRC report: Caller is reporting there was a stolen vehicle that crashed on the tracks and discharged engine oil onto the tracks and ballast. Caller states this occurred on a passenger train route but no passenger train delays at this time and no trains involved in this incident
