Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party: A third party excavating cut into a 1/2 inch plastic service line causing the release of material into the atmosphere. The release started at 1056 hours and is on going; a Southern California gas crew is on scene working on securing the release and making repairs. The fire department is on scene and has evacuated a single residence of 3 people. There are no road closures. There are no injuries associated with this incident.

Per Reporting Party: Gas was controlled 1210 hours, evacuations were lifted at 1215 hours, SoCal gas crew is working on final repairs.
