Orignal Description:Per reporting party: Manager that was on site heard a popping sound from a utility block and saw a white vapor cloud release out to the atmosphere from the CO2 tank. The Fire Department was doing routine check in the area which helped to get immediate help. The Fire Department entered the facility and noticed the CO2 tank that was leaking and a large white vapor escaping from lower point of the tank. They were able to find where the release was coming from which was related to a piece of electrical equipment associated with the tank. The power was turned off from what is known as the vaporizer and that stopped the leak, shutting off the valve at about 1130 hours. No injuries occurred and no water ways were impacted.
