| Orignal Description:A: Per the reporting party: Black water tanks are being dumped from neighbors RV and sewage is flowing into the reporting party's grazing pastures. This has been on going for about three years, Prior repots to CALOES are 24-4535, 24-4054. This release has been stopped and contained and clean up is unknown. No waterways impacted at this time. B: Per the reporting party: Sewage being released off neighbor's property, neighbor's live in camper trailers. Responsible party claims they attempt to contain material in containers. | Per reporting party, The sewage has been constantly running and it is on the property of reporting property's driveway and heading towards the storm drain. It's estimated to be between 300-500 gallons, and while it seeps into the ground, the release is still ongoing. | |
