Orignal Description:Per reporting party, while driving on Highway 37 in Vallejo, reporting party observed what appeared to be an unknown amount of oil spewing from what seems to be a pipeline of unknown size into the San Francisco Bay. It is unknown if the release has been stopped or contained.
