g. DESCRIPTION: An ongoing sewage overflow is occurring at the listed location due to a storm surge. The City of Rio Dell Public Works Department and an environmental specialist are on-scene. The release is emanating from a manhole cover and flowing down a hillside that leads to the Eel River. The estimated flow rate was reported as 70 gallons per minute. Remediation is pending. No property damage has occurred.
