g. DESCRIPTION: A concerned citizen has reported ongoing illegal waste dumping near the listed location, attributed to an established encampment in the area. According to the report, recreational vehicles are accessing an opening in a chain-link fence along the south side of Eagle Rock View Drive. The operators of these vehicles extend their sewer hoses through the opening and discharge waste from their holding tanks onto the ground. The community has made multiple requests to city departments for cleanup and sanitation of the area, but were unsuccessful. Residents have now been advised to contact the California Department of Transportation, as the south side of the fence is under their jurisdiction. The reporting party is seeking assistance for a public lands cleanup to address this ongoing issue.
