g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting party states two semi-trucks collided causing a spill of an unknown amount of diesel from each of their saddle tanks onto the asphalt, and into a storm drain. It is unknown if the storm drain has a catch basin, or leads into a waterway. The accident occurred on the Northbound 15, south of the 8 freeway. Fire Hazmat is on scene laying down an inflatable pool for catchment and will conduct the clean up. The CalTrans supervisor is enroute to the scene. Currently the 1, 2 and 3 lanes are closed on the Northbound 15 proper. ETA for reopening is unknown.
