Per reporting party: A potential release of possibly one barrel occurred within the Kinder Morgan Imperial facility (tank farm). During pressure testing of all lines, an underground pipeline running from manifold to a tank failed. The line has been isolated and the Reporting Party is investigating and will provide an update when they get more info. There are no impacts to any distributions.
